I am planning a trip to the sea with a few friends. One thing I will be doing a lot of is reading some good books. Time for a trip to the library. How about making your favourite brew and sitting with your feet up or gazing at a lovely view from your window (or if you don't have a lovely view perhaps an uplifting photo of one online). A long soak in the bath. Give yourself a foot or hand massage. Better still ask someone to do it for you. My husband sometimes massages my feet in the evening while we watch TV. Wrap up warm and go for a walk in nature. Go to bed an hour earlier than you normally do. Or maybe you have a hobby but haven't had time for it. Once Christmas day is done and dusted could you make some time for it? Sometimes I sit and knit squares. No idea what I am going to do with them but I like the feel of knitting. 😅 What are you feeling drawn to? Please share and give us some more ideas. 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️
